Poem - Oh dear mind!

 OH DEAR MIND!

Why do you want to always wander,

When there is not much to ponder;

There is not much need to think about future,

Since there'll be someone to nurture.

There might be something to learn from past,

And the rest need not last!

Kindly reflect this for yourself,

Oh dear mind!

There might have been many events,

Chit-chats with many people, of varying tones,

Yet absorb not what is more than required,

Thereby only soaking up the essence alone,

There may be many more hurdles,

Let 'em go after giving them cuddles,

For nothing is yours, neither joy nor sorrow,

Oh dear mind !
